Built from 1/8" solid American steel, the Lite Steel Pan — 12" is designed for faster heat response and easier handling while maintaining the durability and performance Lomello & Co. is known for.

This pan heats quickly, cools faster than heavier-gauge steel, and offers excellent control for daily stovetop cooking. Pre-seasoned and ready to use, it develops a natural non-stick patina over time and performs beautifully across a wide range of cooking styles.

Fabricated in-house and finished by hand in Charleston, South Carolina, the Lite Steel Series delivers refined performance in a lighter form.
